Tech Lead – Rural SaaS Startup (ERP | Python | Frappe)

🧑‍💻 Senior Technical Lead (Full-Stack | Frappe + JS + Python)

Location: Tharangambadi (Hybrid or Remote, but with ability to mentor onsite team periodically)

Experience: 5+ years in full-stack product development, preferably in ERP or SaaS platforms

Reports to: CEO

Team: 8–10 junior developers (0.5–2 years exp.)

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead architecture, code quality, and tech decisions across LENS ERP and AI-integrated modules.
  2. Conduct hands-on mentoring in JavaScript, Python, Frappe/ERPNext, Git, and system design.
  3. Guide junior devs through code reviews, debugging sessions, and paired programming.
  4. Own sprint deliverables with proper estimation and help unblock tech issues.
  5. Maintain CI/CD hygiene, testing strategies, and deployment workflows.
  6. Collaborate with product and business teams to align tech solutions with outcomes.

✅ Requirements

  1. Strong in backend (Python/Frappe) and frontend (JS, Vue/React).
  2. Prior experience building ERP, CPQ, CRM or workflow-heavy systems.
  3. Passion for mentoring and working with younger, rural/local teams.
  4. Good communication, clarity of thought, and debugging mindset.
